At the group below a VIABLE and LEGAL plan is presented to diffuse the power of the Federal Reserve. Presently, all the district banks have to tow the line of the DC governing board. The plan I have put forth makes each district bank independent of the DC governing board. This will also effectively isolate the NY Fed which according to Catherine Austin Fitts (http://www.solari.com) is responsible for about 80% of the current economic mess we're now in. Timmy Geithner, our current Treasury Secretary by the way, is the former head of the NY Fed.
The proposal below also creates regional Treasuries and dismantles the Federal Treasury. In essence, each newly created region will be responsible for its own money production. Too much power is presently concentrated in Washington D.C. and I don't think that is healthy on many different levels.
