First Post Delay: All new member will have their first three posts held in a moderation queue until they can be approved. Unfortunately this may delay the appearance of the post to users, although it should seldom actually be more than a couple of hours. This measure is due to a large number of false and deceptive memberships resulting in spyware and malware links, spamming, and disruptive and insulting posts from known anti-reform trolls on social reform issues. Once the legitimacy and intent of the member has been at least somewhat confirmed posting will become immediate. This small inconvenience will hopefully protect our members from further spam, malware and abuse. Your understanding and tolerance is appreciated.

Attachments of most major file types (doc, pdf, are allowed, but there are maximum size limits that we are tying to adjust to be acceptable without flooding our allocated file space. If you have problems posting an attachment please let us know.

Anyone may start a new topic (subject) or poll within a forum or sub-forum. Just click on the NEW TOPIC button above and below each forum. If an appropriate topic already exists , please post to it.

STYLES you can change to suit your preference. I personally prefer the
ProSilver, or
SubSilver because I find them easier to read and navigate. More choices will likely be added in the future, as time permits.

CODE: BB Code is used on this forum. HTML code will not convert, and will display as it is. However, links (URLS) will be usable (clickable) withing the html. If you have a prepared html document it may best best posted as an attachment, so it can be read as originally written and formatted and any html code will display as it should.
